Billzone.eu webhely tanúsítványcsere - 2026. január 15.
Tájékoztatjuk ügyfeleinket, hogy 2026. január 15-én a billzone.eu éles (LIVE) környezetében használt biztonsági webhely-tanúsítványt lecseréljük.
Ez a változtatás a rendszeres biztonsági karbantartás része, és a biztonságos, titkosított kapcsolat fenntartását szolgálja.

Mit jelent ez Önnek?
A legtöbb felhasználónak nincs teendője.
Ritkán előfordulhat, hogy egyes céges hálózatokban (például proxy, tűzfal vagy vállalati IT-védelem miatt) a rendszer a tanúsítványcsere után figyelmeztetést jelez. Ilyenkor az érintett számítógépen vagy hálózaton egy beállítást (tanúsítványtárat) frissíteni kell – ezt általában az IT / rendszergazda tudja elvégezni.
Hogyan tudja gyorsan ellenőrizni?

Ha minden rendben:

az oldal betölt, és nem jelenik meg figyelmeztetés, akkor nincs további teendő.
Ha hibaüzenetet lát:

például: „A kapcsolat nem biztonságos”, „A tanúsítvány nem megbízható”, vagy ehhez hasonló, kérjük, jelezze az IT / rendszergazda felé, és kérje a tanúsítványtár frissítését az érintett környezetben.
Mi a teendő, ha a billzone.eu API-t használja?
Ha Önök a billzone.eu API-t használják, akkor a legtöbb esetben itt sincs teendő - amennyiben az Önök rendszere automatikusan frissíti a megbízható tanúsítványokat.
Egyes vállalati környezetekben azonban szükség lehet frissítésre. Ennek támogatására külön tájékoztató levelet küldünk ügyfeleinknek, amelyben mellékeljük az új tanúsítványt a teljes tanúsítványlánccal (certificate chain) együtt.
Teendő API integráció esetén:

kérjük, figyeljék a kapcsolódó tájékoztató levelünket,

és ha az Önök oldala tanúsítványtárat / trust store-t használ, szükség esetén importálják/frissítsék a levélben küldött teljes tanúsítványláncot az érintett környezetben.

We would like to inform our customers that on January 15, 2026, we will replace the security website certificate used in the billzone.eu LIVE (production) environment.
This change is part of our regular security maintenance and helps ensure secure, encrypted communication.
What does this mean for you?
For most users, no action is required.
In rare cases, some corporate networks (for example due to a proxy, firewall, or other company IT security settings) may display a warning after the certificate change. In such cases, a setting on the affected computer or network (the certificate store / trust store) needs to be updated - typically by your IT administrator.
How can you quickly check it?
You can test this in the test (Sandbox) environment here:

If everything is OK:

the page loads and no warning message appears, then no further action is required.
If you see an error message:

for example: “Connection is not secure”, “Certificate is not trusted”, or similar, please contact your IT administrator and ask them to update the certificate store / trust store in the affected environment.
What should you do if you use the billzone.eu API?
If you use the billzone.eu API, in most cases no action is required, especially if your environment updates trusted certificates automatically.
However, in some corporate environments update may be necessary. To support this, we will send a separate notification email to API customers, including the new certificate with the full certificate chain.
